The award for the best work presented by postgraduate students will be 2000€.

Presentations submitted to CIPE2025 by undergraduate and postgraduate university students are eligible for the best presentation award:

The CIPE2025 research prize will be voluntarily chosen for the best undergraduate communication and there will be a second CIPE2025 research prize for the best graduate student communication.

The organizing committee of the XII International Congress of Psychology and Education announces a research award call for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Students registered for the congress and who have submitted an individual or collective presentation can apply for one of the two awards (undergraduate and postgraduate).

Requirements to Apply for the Award

Be an undergraduate or postgraduate STUDENT member at the time of congress registration.

Submit a presentation in one of the symposiums or panels of the congress within the proper format and deadline (see document submission deadline for award consideration).

Application Deadline and Submission Location

2.1.- Applications can be submitted until April 1^st, 2025.

2.2.- Applications should be sent electronically to the administrative secretariat of the association via email: CIPE2025@uniovi.es

Applications will be considered submitted upon receipt acknowledgment from the congress administrative secretariat.

2.3.- Applications should include the following documentation:

• Document with the text of the submitted presentation (each student may submit only one presentation for the award with the required format and content for presentation submissions).
• The presentation must be in extended format.
• Applicant’s Curriculum Vitae.
• Motivation letter explaining why the candidate deserves the award.
• Document that certifies the candidate is a student.

2.4.- In the subject line of the email, the word AWARD must be written. The indicated information should be grouped into a single file, preferably in pdf format, labeled as follows, according to the case:

“Surname_Initials_TwoThreeWordsTitle_UndergraduateStudentAward2025”
“Surname_Initials_TwoThreeWordsTitle_PostgraduateStudentAward2025”

Selection Criteria and Deadlines

The evaluation committee will be appointed from members of the national scientific committee of CIPE2025. Evaluation committee members must sign a document affirming the absence of conflicts of interest regarding the candidates. The selection of works deserving the research award will be based on the quality of the extended presentation (synthesis ability, research interest, and clarity of expression), the student’s Curriculum Vitae (CV), and the motivation letter.

Important: The award evaluation will be based on the extended presentation document.

The final decision of the evaluation committee will be published on the congress website within no more than 45 days after the application submission deadline (April 1, 2025). Additionally, selected candidates will be notified by email, and the corresponding certificate will be awarded during the congress closing ceremony.
